HOW THIS SERIVCE WORKS:
1) Place your order and upload your artwork design
2) Drop off or mail in your garments
3) Pick up locally or receive your order by mail
NOTE: If an error occurs due to our mistake (incorrect design, size or placement), we will correct the print or refund the printing service. We are not responsible for the cost or replacement of customer-provided garments.
Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days and Bulk turnaround 7-10 days for orders 10 items or more. 20+ Items 10-14 business days.

However, we are not responsible for Manufacturer defects, Fabric weakness, snags, holes, or damage that occurs during embroidery, and Items that cannot be hooped or embroidered due to construction. By submitting your item, you acknowledge that embroidery is a needle-based process and carries a small risk. If an item is damaged due to fabric quality or construction, Perfection of Phillips is not liable for replacement.
